Service Mode Administration

This guide describes how Service Mode provides data collection support for IEE, including support for remote interrogations and handheld file (HHF) imports. This guide applies to IEE starting with version 9.0.

This guide is intended for Service Mode administrators responsible for the configuration, management, and maintenance of the IEE Service Mode system. The procedures and information in this guide assume that the administrator has a solid understanding of both IEE and IEE Service Mode, and that the administrator has access and security rights to all appropriate servers involved in the implementation of the two systems.
