Configuring the Service Mode client for troubleshooting
The Service Mode client UI is installed as part of the Service Mode client and can be used for troubleshooting issues in Service Mode.

Navigate to the \mv90xi directory to locate
Monitor.exe
. -
Optional: Create a desktop shortcut and rename it SM Client UI.

Double-click the SM Client UI shortcut or
Monitor.exe
. -
Click OK if the error message, No TAF entries exist for this workstation, appears. See the section Set up the task assignment file (TAF) to prevent this message from appearing again.

Click OK if the error message, Invalid Stranded Data Path on Workstation XI appears.

Go to the Preferences menu and select Disable Stranded Data Scan.

From the Filter menu, select System-wide.
