Browser requirements

The IEE rich client installs best when you use Microsoft Edge as your default browser. However, if using Firefox, install the Microsoft .NET Framework on the computer where installing the IEE client. Verify that the Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant add-in is enabled before installing the client.

Installing from the Client Update Server URL (IEE Install Suite installer):

1. Enter the URL to the installer.

2. Follow the instructions on the splash screen.

3. Click Install.

(Optional): Installing the Firefox Client Updater Add-In:

1. Open a Microsoft Edge or Firefox browser.

2. Enter the URL to the web installer.

3. Follow the instructions on the splash screen, and then click Install.
