Anti-virus configuration
Anti-virus software may interfere with the proper functioning of the IEE notification subsystem, which sends e-mail and e-page notifications to end users. To avoid this problem, modify the access protection settings in your anti-virus software on the IEE application server. Configure your anti-virus software to allow the following processes to perform mass mailing:
-
uiapplication.exe
-
IeeAppServer.exe
-
IeeServiceRunner.exe
Different anti-virus software have different ways of configuring settings; refer to your anti-virus documentation for specific instructions.
