Creating force complete report

  1. Go to Collection Systems Integration > Operational Reports > Statistics Reports > Force Complete Report.

  2. Accept the default "all" wildcard for the Service Point ID, or enter a specific one. Or, click Search to use the query tool.

  3. Specify a predefined Time Period or enter a Start Date and End Date for data you wish to view.

  4. Select the appropriate Time Zone.

  5. Click Run Report.

  6. (Optional) You can click the Print icon to send the report to a local printer, or click Export Report to save the file on your local machine.
