AMI remote interrogation template settings

The AMI Remote Interrogation templates control which commands are sent to the meter when the action is performed.

Actions include:

  • Contingency Read

  • Move-In

  • Move-Out

Note: When configuring whether a demand reset should be done during Move-In/Move-Out, this is common for electric commercial customers, who are billed based on peak demands. This setting is not relevant for residential or gas/water customers.
