Orchestration rules

Orchestrations can contain other orchestrations as well as individual system tasks. You can run orchestrations manually or schedule them like any other scheduled task.

Orchestrations can use variables, and can contain if/then conditions. For example, if Task A succeeds, go to Task B. But if Task A fails, go to Task C.

Orchestration uses the customer contact information stored in Meter Data Management. When you create an orchestration that involves notification, such as an automated e-mail of a report, IEE validates the contact information you enter against the customer information in the database.
