Numerical Replacement estimation

Numerical replacement estimation replaces invalid data with a user-defined number using the following parameters:

• Value to substitute when performing estimation. Defines the number with which IEE replaces invalid intervals.

• Only estimate reads with this status. When this parameter is set to a status, the routine will only estimate the reads if the reads have the specified status. This parameter is set to None by default. When None is selected, all reads that have an “estimation needed” status will be estimated.

• Exclude from scaling. The scaling process runs after all estimation routines have been completed. By default, this new parameter is not selected (False), meaning the estimated reads will be scaled. If selected (True), the estimated reads will not be scaled.
