Viewing configuration program details for queue item

Use the links in the Configuration Summary pane to view details about the programs attached to the selected service point.

1. Click the queue item to select it.

2. In the top pane, click Diagnostics.

3. In the Program Details list, click any link to view the entity in the Program Manager window. This window opens in a new tab. You can return to Diagnostics by clicking the tab of the queue or monitor you are working in.

   • SP Program ID. Displays the service point program.

   • Meter Program ID. Displays the meter program linked to the selected service point.

   • Account Program ID. Displays the account program linked to the selected service point.
