Configuring service order closing in IEE

IEE administrators can close service orders in IEE if the Allow Closing checkbox is enabled. If this setting is disabled, administrators cannot close service orders even if their user account includes security permissions to do so. When the Allow Closing checkbox is disabled, the Close menu item is not available in the Service Order Monitor.
