Advanced configuration

Use Configuration Maintenance (Advanced) to view, edit, delete and add application data. Configuration templates speed up the Advanced Configuration process by saving various entity configurations in the system. To create a similar entity, open the template and modify the appropriate fields.

Use the Customer Configuration XML API for both Advanced and Program-Based Configurations when working with large numbers of configuration entities. These APIs are available through both file-based XML imports or through web services APIs. Fore more information, see the Web Services Guide in the IEE Configuration API Help.
