Creating task templates for orchestration

Orchestrations appear in the Task Type menu of each Task Template. In order to use the orchestration as the basis of a task, you must first create at least one Task Template based on the orchestration.

  1. Go to System Operations > Task Management > Task Templates.

  2. From the Task Type dropdown menu, select the orchestration you created (for example, Orchestration Email).

  3. Click Add.

  4. Enter a name for the new Task Template (for example, EmailReport).

  5. Click OK.

Note: Once a task template is created for a new Email Orchestration Task Type and saved, the directory monitoring the files is automatically created.
