Printers
Every workgroup must have an assigned printer in order for workgroup members to print schedules, reports or graphs. Manage printers beforehand to ensure they are available when creating workgroups.
Assigning a Printer

Go to System Administration > System Admin > Printers.

From the Printers menu, click
or right-click in the Printers pane and select Add.

Enter the Printer ID or select a printer from the dropdown list.

(Optional) To locate existing printers, click Search and then select the printer.

Enter a Description.

Click Save.
