Exporting rate schedules

You can export rate schedules to XML files for use in external systems or other installations of Rate Modeler.

1. Go to Rate Modeler > Rates > Rate Exporter > Export Rates.

2. Use the Select Object Type dropdown menu to choose the object type (for example, Charge, Rate Schedule, and so on.)

3. Click the row of the rate schedule you want.

4. Click OK.

   The selected rate schedule appears in the grid and the default file location is automatically entered in the Select File field at the bottom of the window.

5. (Optional) Click Save As at the right of the Select File field. Designate a new file path and name.

6. Click Export. Rate Modeler exports the rate schedule as an XML file to the designated location.
