Service point parameters

The Parameters panel allows you to search the channels for the selected service point.

The panel supports the following controls:

  • To maximize the panel, click Maximize (). This option is disabled when the panel is collapsed.

  • To restore the panel to the original view, click Minimize ().

  • To collapse the panel, click Up ().

  • To expand a collapsed panel, click Down ().

Use the following procedure to search for channels associated with the selected service point:

  1. In the Parameters panel, select the Channel dropdown menu and select up to 10 available channels. Channel options vary by service point.

    Tip: To select all available channels, select the Channel dropdown menu and select All or press CTRL+A on your keyboard. To clear all selected channels, select All or press CTRL+A again. A maximum of 10 available channels can be selected at a time.

  2. Select the Date range dropdown menu and select one of the following options: Today (default selection), Yesterday, This week, This month, or Custom. If you select a Custom date range, define the Start date and End date parameters:

    1. Select anywhere in the Start date box to open a date-picker dialog. On the Calendar tab, select a date. By default, the current date is selected. If you select the current date, you need to manually select the Clock tab. If you select a future date, the Clock tab appears.

    2. On the Clock tab, select an hour, and then select a minute.

      Note: Above the Clock tab, you can select AM or PM to change the selection if needed.

    3. Repeat this process for the End date box to select an end date and time. After you've selected the date range, the dialog disappears.

    To edit your custom Date range selection, repeat these steps.

  3. If needed, select the Time zone dropdown menu, and then select the wanted option. By default, the current user's time zone is preselected.

  4. Click Apply. This option is disabled if any box is invalid.

    The panel updates according to your Parameters selections. The selected date range displays in the panel header.
