Open work summary
This report provides basic counts at the Work Collection level: schedule, route A route or route element is a collection of service points that is read by mobile, handheld or fixed network collection systems on a specific schedule., account, meter and register, typically, one work collection per service point The physical location (or locations) on a premise, where the utility company considers the commodity that it supplies (water, gas, energy, and so on), to be delivered to the customer. The service point(s) is not necessarily the same location on the premise where the commodity is metered. Service points are unaffected by meter and account changes. Some utilities and utility software refer to a service point alternatively as a point of delivery. or meter.
The Open Work Summary Report answers the questions, "Where are all the requests that are in process?" or "At what stage in the end-to-end process are all the work requests?"
Note: There is no set-up page. When this report is selected, IEE runs it for all open Work Collections The work collection is the portion of the end-to-end process that handles the actual request and response activity. It is also the transient data store. in the IEE database.
