Bill attribute
Rate Modeler categorizes bill attributes as the following types:
-
Classes. Used to apply charges to the appropriate meter data. For example, you might create a class called "Transmission Voltage." If you associate the Transmission Voltage class with both the meter and the rate, the charge would apply. Classes allow a rate to apply charges to different types of meter data without requiring you to create multiple rates. Every charge must have an associated class.
-
Characteristics. Used to store data not accommodated by the standard inputs.
