VE set override expiration

When you specify a validation and estimation set override, you enter an effective start date and end date. When a VE set override expires (i.e., the override reaches its specified end date), the service point channel reverts back to the default program’s VE set.

For example, suppose that the default VE set from the program is configured from Beginning of Time to End of Time.The VE set override’s End Date is May 31 at 04:44, which is less than End of Time. So at this End Date, the channel reverts back to the default VE set, starting from May 31 at 04:44. Effectively, when the override ends, the default VE set starts again.

This same behavior applies to both validation set overrides and estimation set overrides.
