Option 2: Prioritize register estimation

• Select Interval in the Estimation Priority field.

  • The interval and register routines must be contained in the same estimation set.

  • The register routine runs first.

  • The routine uses average daily usage register estimation to extrapolate registers forward. Need to check first the Register Gap check validation.

  • The registers that are calculated from extrapolated intervals are marked with reading status.

  • Interval routines run after that.

  • The routine scales interval data using the historic registers (including actuals and estimated/extrapolated registers).

  • The extrapolated intervals are marked with reading status.
