Creating a report showing requests not processed

  1. Go to Collection Systems Integration > Operational Reports > Statistics Reports > Requests Not Processed.

  2. Enter a Route ID or click Search to use the query tool.

  3. Specify a pre-defined Time Period or enter a Start Date and End Date for data you wish to view.

  4. Select the appropriate Time Zone.

  5. Click Run Report.

  6. (Optional) Click the Print icon to send the report to a local printer, or click Export Report to save the file on your local machine.
