Adding GIS coordinates to a service point

1. Navigate to Application Data > Advanced Configuration > Configuration Maintenance (Advanced).
2. On the Query tab, use the standard IEE search function to locate the service point to edit.
3. From the Results tab, select the service point to edit by clicking . A service point entity-specific tab opens, displaying the collector’s tree.
4. Right-click the service point.
5. Click Add New GIS Coordinate.

   IEE adds a GIS coordinate to the service point.

6. Configure the following parameters:

   Coordinate Type

   Determines the type of GIS coordinate. The valid values are as follows.

   • UTM
   • StatePlane
   • WorldGeodeticSystem

   Longitude

   Defines the longitude of the service point. Enter the longitudinal value in the format of 0.000000.

   Latitude

   Defines the latitude of the service point. Enter the latitudinal value in the format of 0.000000.

   Coordinate Zone

   Defines the coordinate zone of the service point. Enter appropriate zone in the field.

   Note: Coordinate Zone applies to UTM and State Plane coordinate types, but not World Geodetic System.

7. Click Save.

   The Enter Description of Configuration Changes dialog appears.

8. Enter a description for your configuration changes.
9. Click OK.
