Filtering the import fail queue

Use the Import fail queue Filter dialog to select the XML reading import exceptions you want to display. You can save the filter settings as your default filter.

Using the import fail queue filter:

  1. Go to System Operations > Queues and Diagnostics.

    Note: You can also access the Import Fail Queue Filter by going to Meter Data Management > Tools > Queues and Diagnostics > Import Fail Queue.

  2. Click Import Fail Queue.

  3. Click Filter.

  4. Choose the owner or individual responsible for resolving the failure items. Select the Available Owner and then click Add. The owner is moved to the Filtered Owners list. The Filtered Owners list shows the owners for the exceptions that will be displayed in the queue list.

  5. Check the Queue States that you want to display.

  6. In the Date Range Filter area, choose an option:

    • Select the Time Period from the dropdown menu and then enter or select the appropriate date and time criteria.

    • (Optional) Click Reading Groups to view and select a particular meter reading group. For more information about using reading groups, see Reading group selection.

    • (Optional) Click Schedule Dates to select a Time of Use (TOU) schedule. For more information, see Schedule dates.

  7. Select a Time Zone, if different from the default time zone shown.

  8. Click OK. The saved filter parameters are used the next time you access the Import Fail Queue.
