Preferred reading status list

The Preferred Reading Status List displays the list of status codes for meter reads. These statuses are used for Mapping read codes.

You can hide statuses from display for your system by checking the ones not used.

Removing Unused Statuses from the Reading Status List

1. Go to System Administration > System Admin > Preferred Reading Status List.

2. Select the checkboxes for the statuses that are not used for your system.

   Tip: Selecting the checkbox hides the unused status codes.

3. Optional:

   • Select All. Check all statuses; all statuses will be hidden.

   • Clear All. Remove the check from all statuses; all statuses will be visible.

   • Reset. Return the selection list to the previous settings.
