Overriding the default data routing program selection

You can Assigning a default data routing program to simplify the process of assigning routing programs to service point instances from the Service Point Program dialog. When a default data routing program is specified, you have the option to select a different data routing program for a specific routing program version.

1. Go to Meter Data Management > Application Data > Program-Based Configuration > Configuration Maintenance.

2. Click Existing.

3. Search for a service point.

4. Expand the Data Routing view.

   If a default data routing program is specified, that routing program displays in the Data Routing Program field.

5. From the Data Routing Program field, specify a different data routing program.

   Note: The data routing program must be configured before you can specify it from this screen.

6. Click Create New Version and specify the Effective Start Date.

7. Click OK to close the Date Selection dialog.

8. Click Save from the top of the Configuration Maintenance screen.
