Bill determinant adjustments
Bill Determinants can be adjusted to reward users who use less energy or penalize users who use more energy. The following is a list of adjustment options:
-
Multiplier. Enter the value by which to multiply the current determinant value; the product results in the adjusted determinant value
-
Offset. Enter a negative or positive offset value. The sum of the current determinant value and the configured offset results in the adjusted determinant value.
-
Floor. Enter a minimum acceptable determinant value. If the current determinant value is less than the floor value the adjusted determinant value is set equal to the floor value. If the current determinant value is equal to or above the floor value, the determinant value is left unadjusted.
-
Ceiling. Enter a maximum allowed determinant value. If the current determinant value is greater than the ceiling value the adjusted determinant value is set equal to the ceiling value. If the current determinant value is equal to or less than the ceiling value the determinant value is left unadjusted.
-
Round (# of Decimals). Enter the number of decimal places to round the determinant value to.
