Queue item details pane

Use Queue Item Details to view additional information for the selected queue item, including configuration data, the validation process date, validation results by validation set, and any notes associated with the queue item.

The validation-specific information displays in the Item Details and Validation State sections.

Click the arrow to expand or to collapse each section.

  • Configuration Information. Displays high-level configuration data such as service point ID, account ID, and meter end point ID.

  • Item Details. Displays validation process summary data, including the queue item state, the validation status, and the date the validation occurred.

  • Validation State. Displays validation results and actual values by validation set. Use Validation State to see the validation status of each validation set that is linked to the service point. To filter the list to display only Warn and Fail results, select Hide Pass Status. This checkbox applies to all statuses displayed in the table. The table displays the following information:

    • Service Point Channel. Display the service point ID and channel ID of the queue item.

    • Status. Displays the validation item status. This status is the worst result from all of the validation sets. For example, if one slot passes, one slot warns, and one slot fails, the Status is Fail.

    • Slot ID. Displays the name of the validation slot in the service point configuration. Validation slot names are configurable. For more information about validation slots, see Validation Slots.

    • Slot Status. Displays the validation item status for that particular validation slot.

    • Rule ID. Displays the name of the validation rule within the validation set.

    • Rule Status. Displays the validation status of that particular validation rule.

    • Actual Value. Displays the actual value of the queue item.

    • Warn Threshold. Displays the warn threshold for that particular validation rule.

    • Fail Threshold. Displays the fail threshold for that particular validation rule.

  • Notes. Displays all notes associated with the queue item. The most recent note displays at the top, with the other notes listed in descending date order.

  • UDAs. Displays the user-defined attributes associated with the service point channel.
