Viewing reading details on the diagnostics graph

  1. Click the queue item to select it.

  2. In the top pane, click Diagnostics.

  3. In the Readings pane, select the Service Point Channel from the dropdown list.

  4. Select whether to graph Summary, Interval, or Register data.

    • Summary. Shows the highest and lowest values in the data string, the total consumption of all intervals, and the total number of missing intervals. Allows you to expand or collapse the view by day.

    • Interval. Shows the continual stream of data from the earliest read to the last read. Also shows the highest and lowest values in the data string, the total consumption of all intervals, and the total number of missing intervals.

    • Register. Shows the register read in the Value column and the computed usage between register reads in the Usage column. Also shows the validation status by register read.

For more detailed graphing of interval data, click the Graphing link above the graph. The Interactive Graphing window opens with the service point and time period already selected. If your workgroup settings allow, the graph also presents the data in context by including additional days before and after the reading group. The context days appear on the graph in bold vertical lines. The Graphing parameters of your Workgroup determine how many days are appended to the graph. Use the Interactive Graphing Setup panel to add channels and reading groups for comparison.

If you select a register channel, you will get an error message stating that register channels are not supported in Interactive Graphing.
