Viewing a queue item in a log

The Logs pane of the Diagnostics window shows whether the queue item also appears in one of the IEE logs.

In the Logs pane, click any link to view the log window. This window opens in a new tab. You can return to Diagnostics by clicking the tab of the queue or monitor you are working in.

• If the item’s log status is Yes (yellow dot), the log opens with the queue item selected and the log item information displayed.

• If the item’s log status is No (green dot), the log opens with the queue item selected and no log item information displayed.

  Tip: Disabling the log indicators by clearing the checkbox next to each item improves system performance.
