Estimating data that failed a request

After you edit interval data or perform manual estimation on one or more intervals, the intervals may need to be re-aggregated before the queue item is resolved. For more information, see Performing aggregation after editing or estimating a queue item.

  1. Click the queue item to select it.

  2. In the top pane, click Diagnostics.

  3. In the Readings pane, select the Service Point Channel from the dropdown list.

  4. Click the Estimation link to open the Manual Estimation window. This window opens in a new tab. You can return to Diagnostics by clicking the tab of the queue or monitor you are working in.
