Standard interval data quality checks

Customers define thresholds as a percentage of all intervals used to calculate the bill determinant. For example, if the threshold for the Missing Reading data quality check is set to 2%, and if more than 5% of the interval readings in the request are marked as Missing, the request generates an exception and appears in the AMI billing export queue.

IEE can perform the following standard checks on interval data:

  • Edited Reading

  • Estimated Reading

  • Failed Reading Validation

  • Manually Accepted Reading

  • Missing Reading

  • Not Validated Reading

  • Unscaled Reading

  • Reading Warned Validation

For more information about the function of each interval data quality check, see Interval Data Quality Checks.
