Removing team assignments from operators

The Operator tab allows you to remove multiple teams from one operator at one time. The Teams tab allows you to remove multiple operators from one team at one time. For more information about removing operators from teams, see Removing operators from operator teams.

  1. Go to Meter Data Management >Tools > Queues and Diagnostics > Operator Team Maintenance.

  2. On the Operators tab, use the search pane to locate the operator.

    Search by user ID, last name, or first name. Use whole words or partial terms. Use an asterisk (*) to indicate missing characters. For example, 123* finds 123ABC, 1234, and 123. You can use one or more of the fields to create the search query. To further filter the search results, select a Role from the dropdown list. Then click Search.

  3. In the Search Results list, click a user ID to select it.

  4. In the Team Memberships pane, click Add/Remove Teams.

  5. In the Team Membership list, click a team ID to select it. Use SHIFT-Click and CTRL-Click to select multiple team IDs.

  6. Click Remove.

  7. Click OK to save the team membership and return to the operator team maintenance window, or click Cancel to discard changes and return to the operator team maintenance window.

  8. The Team Memberships pane of the Operators tab displays the updated list of teams the operator is a member of. If you have removed all memberships, the Total Groups is 0 and the list is blank.
