Modifying operator team ID or description
IEE administrators can modify the team ID or Description at any time. The changes are available to queue filters after they are saved. However, users must refresh the queues before the changes become visible.
If you deactivate an operator team, users will not see that team in the queue filter after they refresh.

Go to Meter Data Management >Tools > Queues and Diagnostics > Operator Team Maintenance.

On the Teams tab, click the team. The Team Details display.

In the Team Details pane, enter a new ID or Description.

To activate the team, select the Active checkbox. To deactivate the team, clear the Active checkbox.

Click Save.
