Viewing meter, service point, and account details for queue item

Use the links in the Configuration Summary pane to view details about the selected service point.

Viewing Configuration Data

1. Click the queue item to select it.

2. In the top pane, click Diagnostics.

3. In the Entity Details list, click any link to view the entity in the Program-Based Configuration window. This window opens in a new tab. You can return to Diagnostics by clicking the tab of the queue or monitor you are working in.

   • SPID. Displays the service point instance.

   • Meter ID. Displays the meter instance linked to the selected service point.

   • Account ID. Displays the account instance linked to the selected service point.

   • Customer ID. Read-only display.

   • Customer Name. Read-only display.

   • End Point ID. Read-only display.
