AMI billing exception trend

Use AMI Billing Exception Trend to view a summary of exceptions and to chart those exceptions on a graph.

The Summary table shows the total number of entities exported and what percent of the requested data triggered specific exceptions, such as Invalid Request or Missing Reading.

The Trend graph shows how many exceptions exceeded the thresholds defined in the AMI System Settings.

Use this procedure to graph billing exception trends:

1. Go to AMI > Monitoring > AMI Billing Exception Trend.

2. In the Filter pane, define the time period to graph by selecting a Date Type and Date Range from the dropdown menus.

3. (Optional) In the Additional Filters list, select the checkbox of each filter to apply.

4. Click Apply. The exceptions appear in the Summary table.

5. To create the graph, select any exception category in the Summary table. Use CTRL-Click to select multiple categories. The graph automatically refreshes to include the selected categories.
