Assigning gap fill code, category, and status

You can assign one service order code, category, and status to be used for gap fill exceptions. The current gap fill assignments are marked with an asterisk (*). Only one category, status, and code can be used for gap fill. If you select a new category, status, or code for gap fill, the former gap fill selection reverts to non-gap fill.

The Auto Generate Service Orders setting must be enabled for IEE to create service order requests gap fill exceptions.

1. Go to Service Orders > Service Order Settings.

   • Right-click the code and select Use for Gap Fill.

   • Right-click the category and select Use for Gap Fill.

   • Right-click the status and select Use for Gap Fill.

2. Select the Auto Generate Service Order checkbox.

3. Click Save.
