Temporarily stopping service order generation

You can prevent IEE from requesting service orders while you are configuring service order management and in the first few days of reading imports, when there are many gaps that would trigger a service order.

1. Go to Service Orders > Service Order Settings.

2. In the pane at the bottom of the window, clear the Auto Generate Service Orders checkbox.

3. When you are ready to activate service order request, select the Auto Generate Service Orders checkbox again to enable the process.
