Significance table

The significance code table defines values for tracking the reason a particular set of data was exported or aggregated. These values appear in a dropdown menu in export and aggregation task templates.

IEE installs with some default values already included in this table, such as Billing, Settlement, LoadResearch, and DoNotTrack. DoNotTrack is the default value for this parameter when it appears in a task template.

You can create additional values specific to your company. Values cannot exceed 100 characters.

Configuring the Task Significance Code Table

  1. Go to System Administration > System Admin > Code Table Setup.

  2. From the Code Table Selection list, select Task Significance.

  3. Use the Number of rows to insert on add dropdown menu to select the number of blank rows to add to the code table.

  4. From the Code Table Setup menu or toolbar, click Add. The new rows appear in the table.

  5. Click to select a row that you added.

  6. In the ID column, enter the value to add to the Task Significance parameter.

  7. Click Save.
