Services initiated by IEE MDUS

The following diagram shows a high-level view of the basic process flow between SAP and IEE MDUS when IEE MDUS initiates a service.

1. IEE MDUS receives a trigger from the AMI head end system, such as an event notification.

2. ISAIM formats the data into the SAP XML structure and calls the appropriate service to deliver the data to SAP.

3. When SAP receives the data, SAP creates and sends confirmation to IEE MDUS via ISAIM.
