Viewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Account Detail page's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) highlight the scope of usage reported by the selected service point. These are only available if a single service point that was attached to the selected account for a portion of the selected date range is selected.

• Usage Vs. Peers. The percentage of consumption compared to the average of peer service points during the selected date range. Peers are only available for Residential account type. The peer group is five or more service points with the same meter size, zip code, commodity usage type, and, if possible, customer-selected options in the Customer Portal (such as pools and irrigation).

• Usage Last Year. The percentage of consumption compared to the same period in the previous year during the selected date range.
