Setting up text message alerts as a utility customer

  1. Expand the Account information menu.

  2. Click Edit user information.

  3. Select the Receive alerts via text check box.

  4. Type your cell phone number in the Cell phone number field.

  5. Select your cell phone provider from the Mobile carrier menu.

  6. Click Submit.

    Note: Adding or updating the phone number used for text message alerts requires replying with a confirmation code.

    Itron Analytics marks fields that need attention with error messages. If your submission was unsuccessful, address any marked fields, and click Submit again.
