Viewing a service point's account history
The Service Point Account History provides the complete history of the accounts that have been attached to the selected service point, for the life span of the service point.

On an Account page, select the wanted service point from the Service Points dropdown menu.

Click Open (
) and select Service Point Account History.

The account history is displayed in a table, sorted by start date with the most recent at the top and the most historic at the bottom.

The account that the service point is currently attached to appears in bold text. If the service point is not currently attached to an account, then no account listed appears in bold text.

Clicking Export Data (
) and selecting Export to CSV exports the table's data as a CSV file.

Service point account history fields and table columns

Service Point. The unique identification number for a location that receives utility service.

Service Address. The address of the service point.

Current Status. The current status of the service point.

Account Number. The unique account number associated with the service point.

Account Name. The customer name associated with the account.

Revenue Class. The revenue class associated with the account. This is a customizable value.

Billing Address. The billing address for the account.

Start Date. The date on which the account was linked to the service point. If the start date is Not Provided, then the start of the link is set as the beginning of time (BOT) in the Master Data Import (MDI) file.

End Date. The date on which the account was removed from the service point. If the end date is Present, then the link range is still current as of today in the MDI file, and the link range ends in the future.
