Viewing the service point's location on a map
The Account page's Map panel highlights the selected service points.

Clicking Collapse (
or
) collapses the panel so that only the title bar is visible. Clicking Expand (
or
) expands the collapsed panel to the normal view.

Clicking Fullscreen (
) expands the panel so that it takes up the entire window. Clicking Panel (
) reduces the fullscreen panel to the normal view.

Selecting layers changes the appearance of the map.

Map. Select this to display a flat, abstract map with streets.

Terrain. Select or clear this checkbox to toggle the appearance of topographic surface features. This option is cleared by default on this map.

Satellite. Select this to display a photographic map. This is the default view for most maps.

Labels. Select or clear this checkbox to toggle the appearance of street and point of interest names. This option is selected by default on this map.

Clicking service point icons (
) displays a tooltip with additional information.

Account #. The account number associated with the service point.

Service Point. The unique identification number for a location that receives utility service

ERT ID. The ERT identification number installed on the meter.

Meter S/N. The meter's serial number.

Clicking Tilt map (
) toggles a slight angle to the map. Clicking Tilt map (
) on a tilted map removes the tilt. By default, this map has no tilt.

When a map is tilted, clicking Rotate map clockwise (
) rotates the map 90º clockwise. Clicking Rotate map counterclockwise (
) rotates the map 90° counterclockwise.

Clicking Zoom in (
), scrolling the mouse wheel forward, or double-clicking in the map zooms in one level. Clicking Zoom out (
) or scrolling the mouse wheel backward zooms out one level.
