Viewing the service point's consumption compared to past consumption on a chart
The Account page's Consumption Compare panel displays a comparison of the selected service point (or service points') usage during the intervals prior to the end of the selected date range. This can help you quickly assess whether usage patterns have changed. For example, a sudden increase in usage after weeks of consistency may indicate a leak or a new consumption device in the home, such as a sprinkler system or conversion to gas heat.
Tip: If a service point that was not attached to the selected account for the entirety of the selected date range is selected, this chart will not display any information.
