Changing Your password as a utility customer

1. Expand the Account information menu.

2. Click Change password.

   Note: Passwords must be a minimum of seven characters, and it must contain at least one of the special characters !, #, *, or @.

3. Type your current password in the current password field.

4. Type your new password in the new password field.

5. Type your new password again in the confirm password field.

6. Click Submit.

   Itron Analytics marks fields that need attention with error messages. If your submission was unsuccessful, address any marked fields, and click Submit again.
