Units of measure (IEE)

A unit of measure (UOM) is an IEE concept that combines the unit with other properties such as phase. For example, V_ELE_A = ins V(a) = Instantaneous voltage phase A. The unit in this example is V for voltage. Units of measure only exist in Itron Analytics to support integration with IEE through the PBC.
