Troubleshooting OHS
If Itron Analytics is not receiving any new configurations, reads/events/exceptions, or successful returned communication requests, perform the following:

Check Itron Analytics' Import Monitoring dashboard for expected files (MDI for configuration, OWI for reads, events, and exceptions) and whether they processed (only applies to MDI files).

Complete the OHS Health Check procedure in the OHS Help.

Check the OHS log for errors.

Stop and restart the OHS service.
