Troubleshooting OHS

If Itron Analytics is not receiving any new configurations, reads/events/exceptions, or successful returned communication requests, perform the following:

  • Check Itron Analytics' Import Monitoring dashboard for expected files (MDI for configuration, OWI for reads, events, and exceptions) and whether they processed (only applies to MDI files).

  • Complete the OHS Health Check procedure in the OHS Help.

  • Check the OHS log for errors.

  • Stop and restart the OHS service.
