File Quality table
The File Quality table displays a list of the import errors for files visible in the Files Processing table. The table includes file names, error entity types and IDs, and other related information. The table displays a maximum of 1000 results, which can be sorted or filtered by each column. The results can also be filtered based on selections made in the File Processing table. File Type |
The type of file. For example, MDI or CEF. |

File Name |
The name of the file. |

Entity Type |
The type of entity causing the errors during validation. An entity is an attribute or element of the file. |

Entity ID |
The ID of the entity causing the errors during validation. |

Parent Key |
The key of the parent file. If a file is broken up into children during the import process, the parent key is the ID of the original file. |

Message |
The contents of the error message. Click this to view a popup with the full message. |

Error Line # |
If available, the line in the file where the error occurred. |
