DI Request Discrepancies List

The DI Request Discrepancies List table displays a list of configuration discrepancies. A configuration discrepancy is a situation in which the agent reported a configuration version that is different from the one that is recorded by the Cloud Config Service.

By default, the table is sorted by the Electronic Serial Number column, with the lowest ESN listed first. You can change the sorting by clicking the header of most columns. The following table describes the features and columns of the DI Request Discrepancies List table.

  • Action (). Click this in a column heading for a list of actions to apply to the column.

    • Hide. Hide columns so they disappear.

    • Unhide. Unhide columns so they appear.

  • Electronic Serial Number. The ESN of the meter at which the configuration discrepancy is reported.

  • Application. The application that is associated with the current configuration version.

  • Feature. The feature that is associated with the current configuration version.

  • Date of First Report. The date and time at which configuration discrepancy was first reported.

  • Current Config Version. The configuration version for a particular feature on the device.

  • Expected Config Version. The configuration version that is currently expected to be active for a particular feature on the device, as reported by the Cloud Config Service.
