Deleting a user

• On the User Security page, click Delete for the user you want to remove.

Important! Deleting a user also deletes their personal saved searches, groups, and notifications. Before you delete a user, it is recommended that you review the user's notifications to ensure any critical messages directed to other users are recreated under an active user's notifications. For example, if User A has Notification X that alerts User A, User B, and User C of an important scenario, deleting User A will also delete Notification X, and User B and User C will stop receiving the messages. Create a copy of Notification X for User B (or another active user) to ensure critical messages continue to be sent.
