Deleting a group type

This page and the Group Maintenance tool in the Analytics Portal are the only locations where a group type can be removed.

1. On the Group Types page, click Delete for the group type you want to remove.

2. If the group type contains groups, you must assign a group type to inherit the groups.

   1. In the Group Type menu, select the group type that will inherit the orphaned groups.

   2. Click Confirm.

3. Click Yes.
